Refund & Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Lakshyant, A brand of Mixkin Private Limited (“Company”, “Lakshyant”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we take your privacy seriously. This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all users/students enrolling in online and offline coaching programs offered by Lakshyant, its website, mobile application (“App”), learning management system (LMS), making a purchase (collectively, the “Service”) or physical/offline centers.
- Fees & Enrollment
Lakshyant offers:
Online courses (via website, app, and LMS)
Offline / in-person coaching programs
Hybrid programs (online + offline)
All fees paid toward any course, program, registration, or service are subject to this policy. By enrolling, the student agrees to the terms stated herein.
- Online Courses – Cancellation & Refund
2.1 Cancellation
Once an online course is purchased and access is granted (including LMS login, recorded content, live classes, or study material), cancellation is not permitted.
2.2 Refund Policy (Online)
Lakshyant follows a strict no-refund policy for online courses.
Refunds will not be provided for:
Change of mind after purchase
Inability to attend live classes
Personal, academic, or time constraints
Dissatisfaction with teaching methodology or content
Technical issues related to user’s device or internet
Failure to achieve expected results
2.3 Exceptions (Online)
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
Duplicate payment
Payment deducted but course access not provided
Such requests must be raised within 7 days of payment with valid proof. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Offline (In-Person) Coaching – Cancellation & Refund
3.1 Registration / Admission Fees
Any registration, admission, or enrollment fee paid for offline coaching is non-refundable under all circumstances, as it covers administrative and seat-blocking costs.
3.2 Course Fees (Offline Programs)
Once classes have commenced, no refund will be issued, irrespective of attendance.
Non-attendance, absenteeism, late joining, or discontinuation by the student shall not be grounds for refund.
Fees paid for a specific batch, course, or duration are non-transferable to another student.
3.3 Early Withdrawal (Before Course Start – If Allowed)
If a student requests cancellation before the official start date of an offline course:
Any refund (if permitted) shall be at Lakshyant’s sole discretion.
Administrative, processing, and registration charges will be deducted.
No refund will be provided once study material is issued or LMS access is activated.
- Hybrid Courses (Online + Offline)
For hybrid programs:
Once either online access or offline classes begin, no refund shall be applicable.
Offline and online components are treated as part of a single bundled offering.
- Installments & Partial Payments
Fees paid in installments are non-refundable once a payment is made.
Failure to pay remaining installments does not entitle the student to a refund of amounts already paid.
Lakshyant reserves the right to suspend access for non-payment.
- Course Changes or Discontinuation
Lakshyant reserves the right to:
Change faculty, schedules, batch timings, or course structure
Merge or reschedule batches
Update course content
Such changes shall not be considered valid grounds for refund, provided the overall course objectives are maintained.
- Discounts & Promotional Fees
Courses purchased under:
Discounts, Scholarships, Promotional offers, Special pricing, are strictly non-refundable/non-transferable for both online and offline programs.
- Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting Lakshyant support may result in:
Suspension of course access, Termination of enrollment
Lakshyant reserves the right to contest chargebacks where services have been delivered or access has been granted.
- Changes to This Refund & Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon publication on the website, app, or LMS. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about policy update.
